Well, after being married to Hubs for almost 11 years, it finally dawned on me that I could try to make some of Hubs favorite native Brazilian dishes. Several nights ago, I attempted to make this Brazilian popular dish, coxinha. It is basically a croquette filled with a cheesy chicken filling. Hubs and Munch gobbled it up. Now I must get the opinion of my m-i-l. Vovo Lydia, what do you think? Mighty Munch

Coxinha a la Ana
Well, after being married to Hubs for almost 11 years, it finally dawned on me that I could try to make some of Hubs favorite native Brazilian dishes.
