Tonight, Gi had her first taste of Jamaican style foods. Grandpa C supplied us with some fresh conch meat which I made into conch fritters. I also made some peas and rice and curry beef to accompany the conch fritters. Yummy! Jamaican food is delicious!

    We have been thinking of you. I thought i would check on line and sure enough I discovered what you three have been up to. Love the photos. The "elf yourself" was so cute. Tell ron to check his email for our family email holiday card. Got to get together before I am back to the old grind.
